Dear all, This is to report the current status of document submission. 1/ Please check the list of documents at <http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2005-2008/0709_Gen/0709_Gen.html> and advise me if your document is missing. 2/ AVD-3130 and AVD-3131 were received on time, but the files at the ftp site were corrupted. I am awaiting their correct files. 3/ AVD-3135 and AVD-3143 are yet to be received. 4/ AVD-3142 was withdrawn. The number has been reused for a document of administrative nature. 5/ Some documents are marked as "late arrival" due to late registration and/or late submission. Their considerations are subject to the agreement of the meeting. [itu-sg16] AAP64 Last call period closed for H.248.x Recommendations

Hello all, The last call period on H.248.x Sub-series recommendation has finished. The table below summarizes the result. As can be seen both H.248.1v3 Amd.1 and H.248.9 Amd.1 received last call comments. My impression of the comments is that there is nothing that would be controversial with regards to H.248.9 Amd.1 so I think we could accept the proposed fixes. With regards to H.248.1v3 Amd.1 the IANA H.248 package registration procedure is still outstanding with regards to IETF approval (as indicated by Cisco). Thus I believe it is in our interest to delay approve for a short period of time in order to align the IETF/ITU. Hopefully an Internet Draft will be available soon. As such I have attached drafts of the what I would propose for the AAP Comment Resolution table. Please review and provide comments in case you don't agree or have a modifed resolution. Dear experts of Q12, 13, 21 and 22/16, The draft time schedule has been slightly modified to allow more time for joint discussion on Id related matters between Q2&3/13 and Q21&22/16.
