[itu-sg16] New list for AMS-design work

Folks, We decided to create a separate list for discussion related to the design of the AMS system (both architecture and protocol). This new list is intended to complement the itu-sg16 list, reduce the volume of traffic to the SG16 list for those who are not interested, etc. The ams-design list is intended to serve as an open discussion forum to help facilitate decision-making and progress work on AMS. [itu-sg16] AAP64 Last call period closed for H.248.x Recommendations

Hello all, The last call period on H.248.x Sub-series recommendation has finished. The table below summarizes the result. As can be seen both H.248.1v3 Amd.1 and H.248.9 Amd.1 received last call comments. My impression of the comments is that there is nothing that would be controversial with regards to H.248.9 Amd.1 so I think we could accept the proposed fixes. With regards to H.248.1v3 Amd.1 the IANA H.248 package registration procedure is still outstanding with regards to IETF approval (as indicated by Cisco). Thus I believe it is in our interest to delay approve for a short period of time in order to align the IETF/ITU. Hopefully an Internet Draft will be available soon. As such I have attached drafts of the what I would propose for the AAP Comment Resolution table. Please review and provide comments in case you don't agree or have a modifed resolution.
