Is there any reason why CRV/Call Identifier is not present in
RAS replies (that can be associated with a call) like ACF/BCF etc.
Of course, the association can be got from sequence numbers but
having a call identifier would lead to slightly simpler implementations
(by obviating the need to maintain the mapping between sequence numbers
and call identifier). Also, insertion of identifier at the GateKeeper
end should be simple.
