Hi, Simon: I've downloaded the latest CVS code with the support for bitrate, fps and Adaptive packet delay. But it seems that MyPhone2 is not using the settings. Let me explain this: 1. I've configured the following vlues for video: fps = 10, Maxbitrate =50 kbit/s. and quality = 15. Size = QCIF. 2. If I capture the video packets with Wireskark, I can see that the bitrate is about 300kbit/s. Where is the problem? Am I missing any additional setup? Guys Just a quick note h323plus v1.20 stable release is now available from the h323plus website. http://www.h323plus.org/source/ New Items added to this release from the v1.19.5 development version Native NAT traversal with GnuGk Presence framework File Transfer (TFTP tunnelled through RTP) Also included are snapshots of maintained and updated programs OpenMCU (multipoint conference unit) OpenAM (video answer machine) Simple (simple text based H323plus endpoint) CallGen323 (H.323 Call generator) Look for some more new exciting additions and announcements in the coming weeks. Simon Note: We will be implementing the bool/BOOL change to match the current ptlib SVN in the CVS so please watch at for that.

Play Multipal Files on OpenAm

Hello Everyone, I want assistance to add one feature in OpenAm Application. Feature is like - currently it plays one audio message when it receives the call, I want to play two different audio messages during one call. It can be like: Message 1. Hi, Sorry, we are not available at this moment. Message 2. Please leave your message, we will get back to you. Both of these message are stored in two different wav files and I want to play them during one call. I will appreciate the help / guidance. Facing problem in installing H323plus

Hi, I am trying to install Gatekeeper. I have installed pwlib and trying to install h323 plus. I have set the path as PWLIBDIR=/root/pwlib export PWLIBDIR OPENH323DIR=/root/open323 export OPENH323DIR LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$PWLIBDIR/lib:$OPENH323DIR/lib export LD_LIBRARY_PATH I also configured /etc/ld.so.conf include /root/pwlib/lib include /root/h323plus/lib Then I tried running ldconfig. But it gave "AVC access denied" Then I gave # ./configure #make opt Its giving error. /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lpt_linux_x86_r collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[1]: *** [/root/h323plus/lib/libh323_linux_x86_r.so.1.19-beta7] Error 1 make[1]: Leaving directory `/root/h323plus/src' make: *** [opt] Error 2 Please help me out. Presence Implementation complete & updates

Guys Just to let you know the h323plus presence implementation (after feedback and a few iterations) is now finished and a sample application is available in the extensions/h460/h460.presence directory of the CVS. The GnuGk implementation will be available in the GnuGk CVS after the next release 2.2.7. The implementation is fully ASN.1 encoded and does not require a seperate presence service and should work with just an h323plus endpoint and GnuGk gatekeepers. All H.460 examples now support VS 2003,2005 & 2008. Look out for a couple more H.460 examples to be added in the coming weeks. :) GnuGk NAT traversal (as in PacPhone) is in the h323plus CVS and is enabled by default. There is no special settings, if you register from behind a NAT to GnuGk on a public IP you should be able to send and receive calls without any problems. :) Another cool feature is H.460.interop in extensions/h460 CVS directory which allows h323plus to seemlessly interwork with NetMeeting without need to change fast connect settings etc. The feature requests the remote devices name in the ARQ and if that device is netmeeting then it disables fast connect etc on that call. The feature does requires GnuGk v2.2.7 which should be released in the coming weeks. Things are beginning now to settle so we will do the stable release v1.20 shortly. If anyone has bugs etc then please do let me know. Simon
