NotDecember 2014, not February 2014 (no day, only month and year). I received a substantial number of contributions that say that the meeting date is either December 2014, or February 2014. For those, I will need to prepare an R1. · Over the weekend, we also received a number of contributions submitted via DDP that are using the WRONG document template for DDP submissions; for example, C.771 (http://www.itu.int/md/T13-SG16-C-0771/en) uses the e-mail submission or TD generic template. The right template for Contributions submitted via DDP can be downloaded from here: http://www.itu.int/oth/T0A0F000027/en · Finally, I kindly ask that you prefix the title of the contribution with the recommendation number when the contribution refers to an existing work item. Most of the contributions submitted follow this guideline, where applicable. · Contribution numbers: NO trailing zeroes to the left. For example: Bad = COM 16 – C 0751, Good = COM 16 – C 751 (no 0's before 751!) · If you upload a revised version of your document, make sure to add R1, R2, etc to the document number (in TWO places in the document header!)
