Hi Jim, I am wondering whether you took care of the implementer's guide changes for Annex F systems (to be found in TD-11) from the Monterey meeting on the first pages. I found some hints to Annex F but I did not see those particular additions included. Cheers, Joerg BTW: Will you be in Santiago?

Hi Jim, first of all, apologies for accidentally sending this request to the list (I got caught by the Reply-To: again). The introductory part of TD-11 largely repeats what we were saying already back in Geneva last Fall; somehow, I never managed to draw people's attention to this in time. Thanks for looking at it.
