Can anyone help me to know the Megaco/H.248 protocol vendors available today? To implement Media Gateway, is there any differences between Megaco stack and H.248 stack? Thanks.

H.248 and Megaco are exactly the same stacks. There is currently an interop event on H.248/Megaco. The website with details on the second Megaco/H.248 Interop Event is available at http://megaco.iol.unh.edu/ . It my give you a list of companies involved.

Megaco and H.248 are the same thing. The folks from the IETF call the protocol Megaco, after the name of the working group. The ITU assigned <LETTER>.<NUMBER> names to all documents, so it is called H.248 in the ITU.
