This may be old news to some, but I know that many people have not heard that Upper Side will be hosting a conference called "Implementing H.323" in Paris October 10-13, 2000.

If you would like to attend as a speaker, they are now accepting proposals (a list of suggested topics are in their web page). The deadline for proposals is June 15, 2000.
