[itu-sg16] Time table of the Rapporteur meeting

      Dear experts of Q12, 13, 21 and 22/16,
The draft time schedule has been slightly modified to allow more time 
for joint discussion on Id related matters between Q2&3/13 and 
Q21&22/16. Please see

1/ The joint meeting between Q2&3/13 and Q21&22/16 has been extended 
from the first quarter of Friday 14 to the whole morning of that day.
2/ The Q21 session has moved from the second quarter of Friday to the 
the third quarter of Thursday.
3/ If Q21&Q22 session needs more time than 3 quarters, it can be 
extended to the fifth quarter of Thursday.
