H.323 Annex H was renamed to H.MMS.1. The work is still under development and no number has been assigned yet. Annex I is still under development. We halted the progress of the text until the error correction procedures could be defined within the IETF: the intent is that H.323 will borrow the same procedures as those used by SIP.
Of course, Annex I may also include additional error correction procedures not defined by the IETF. That possibility is still under consideration.
