Please advise Ms. Jiang Hong (e-mail:jianghong@catr.com.cn, phone: +86 10 62304729) if you have not received confirmation of your hotel room at Guangzhou Hotel even though you sent your meeting registration/hotel room reservation form. I myself received it by fax.
Please note that 1-7 May are "May Day Labor Week" holidays in China.
