[itu-sg16] Final document request and submission notice

Dear Experts,

As we routinely do before meetings, I want to once again remind you of the upcoming document request deadlines and submission deadlines. They are:

As we usually do, I created a web page to show all of the currently-registered documents. You can see those here:

I also included a link to the document registration form and the page that shows the current "raw" document submission data.

If you wish to register a document, please either use the document registration form or email your request to me.
