Changes to the H.450.1 and H.450.2 white drafts

Greetings,

Attached is a delta document describing the the changes to the H.450.1 and H.450.2 white drafts to address the issues discussed on the reflector. There are currently no changes to H.450.3.

The intent is for this change document and the final documents to be submitted next week for distribution to the SG16 meeting. Please let me know if I've missed anything.
