[sg16-avd] Output meeting documents posted

Q3 and Q5 Experts,

All output documents received for the meeting have been posted to the meeting directory on the AVC site. However, I could not find TD-16 or TD-24, so those are not presently posted. Please let me know if those are coming or if they should be marked as withdrawn.
