</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-GB link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Dear experts,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Q1,2,3,5,21/16 are planning to have a Rapporteur meeting in Seoul, South Korea during the week of 3-7 November 2014.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Q1 and Q2 had asked SG16 the permission to hold one interim meeting before the February 2015 SG16 meeting and the Rapporteurs, having not received indication of a sufficient number contributions for either Q1 or Q2, we would like to suggest that Q1 and Q2 do not meet at this time.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please let us know by 2 October 2014 if you believe that there is a need for Q1 and Q2 to hold a Rapporteur meeting in November!
