minor mistake in H.225.0v4. It says in 7.9.1 that if no terminalAlias is
included in the RRQ, a dialedDigits address may be assigned by the gatekeeper in
the RCF terminalAlias. There is no reason to restrict it to a dialedDigits
string. The text in 7.9.2 for RCF mentions a terminalAlias field, not
a dialedDigits. If we wanted to restrict it to a "phone number", it should
be a partyNumber.</FONT></SPAN></SPAN></P>
