[sg16-avd] Document registration and submission reminder

WP1/16 Experts,

As announced one month ago, we intend to hold an interim Rapporteur 
Group meeting of Questions in ITU-T WP1/16.  Previously, we proposed 
holding a meeting of all Questions, but it has been decided that Q1, Q2, 
and Q21 will not meet during this time.  However, Q3 (H.248) and Q5 
(Telepresence) will meet.

While many contributions have already been registered, you still have 
time to register, prepare, and submit contributions.  As a reminder, the 
deadlines for document registration and submission are:

     Registration of documents: by 23:59 UTC, 24 October 2014
     Distribution of documents: by 23:59 UTC, 27 October 2014

Lastly, if you have not already registered to attend the meeting, please 
let me know of your intent to attend and I will add your name to the 
participant list.  Please provide me with your family name, given name,
