[sg16-avd] Submitting documents to the upcoming ITU-T SG16 meeting

Experts of WP1/16,

The next meeting of the ITU-T SG16 meeting is soon approaching.  Please 
be advised that the deadline for submitting contributions to the meeting 
is 17 June 2014.

Since this is a full Study Group meeting, rather than a Rapporteur 
meeting, contributions must be submitted directly to the TSB as 
explained in Annex A of Collective letter 3/16.

Additionally, editors submitting draft texts for this meeting should 
send those directly to the TSB when prepared.  The TSB will assign a TD 
number once the document is received.  It is not possible to request a 
number in advance.

find on this page:
