Dear Experts,

As many of you know, I have been involved with IMTC for a number of years.
IMTC (www.imtc.org) invites you and your organization members to participate
in its 20th Anniversary Forum taking place in Porto, Portugal between the
8th and 10th of October.

This year we are focusing on WebRTC, H.265, spatial audio, VoLTE and video
clouds, with some of the biggest names of the industry sharing their
knowledge and vision about these technologies. We have a glittering list of
keynote speakers:

Laurent Philonenko - VP & CTO, Collaboration Technology Group, Cisco

Pedro Falcão - Director (Deputy CTO), Network Engineering & Planning,
Portugal Telecom

Touradj Ebrahimi - Professor, Head of Multimedia Signal Processing Group,
EPFL

Annicken Rød - Founder & Evangelist, Corporate Spring

Tom-Erik Lia - CEO and Co-founder, Videxio

Jeff Pulver - Chairman, Zula

In the video coding session, you will happy to learn that 2 of our SG16
friends and colleagues, Thomas Wiegand and Sakae Okubo, will be presenting.

The theme of the IMTC 20th Anniversary Forum is "Today and tomorrow of
visual communications, building on 20 years of technology breakthroughs." As
you can see in the agenda (http://imtc.org/forum2013/agenda.html), all our
speakers will share their insight on the latest in Internet audio/video
technologies, and discuss how we got here.

There is an early-bird special for registrants who complete their order by
September 14th
(http://www.regonline.com/builder/site/default.aspx?EventID=1233016) - so
don't miss out! We look forward to seeing you there!

You can find more information here: http://bit.ly/IMTCForum.

Please feel free to forward this message to some of your member mailing
lists and any interested parties!

Best regards,
