Dear Q13, Q28/16 experts

This is to remind you that according to TSB Circular 287
<http://www.itu.int/md/T09-TSB-CIR-0287/en>, the deadline for the
submission of contributions to Q13 and 28 /16 meeting during the next
IPTV-GSI, to be held at Milpitas, USA, 24-28 2012, at the kind hosting
of Cisco, is 11  September 2012.  Please do not forget to send your
contributions via electronic mail to the TSB IPTV secretariat at
<tsbiptv at itu.int>, if you have contributions to submit.
