[itu-sg16] Official meeting notice for joint Questions rapporteur meeting for Q3, 5, 21, 22, 25/16 during 20-24 February 2012

Dear All

 

Mr.Jeong and I sent out a reminder in late December 2011 to mention that
there would be a joint Questions Rapporteur meeting for
Q2,3,4,5,12,21,22,25.

 

In the meeting reminder, we requested people to indicate whether they would
attend the meeting and what contributions they would submit.

 

Based on the feedback information we so far collected we can see there isn't
necessity to include Q2,4,12 in this proposed in joint Questions rapporteur
meeting due to lack of anticipated participation.

 

Therefore, we'd like to announce the cancellation of the proposed joint
Question rapporteur meeting for Q2,4,12.

 

While we have sufficient participation to justify a joint Questions
rapporteur meeting for Q3,5,21,22,25  during 20-24 February 2012 and we have
already obtained the formal approval for this meeting from SG16 and a
meeting notice will come out soon.
