I am afraid that I missed reading your e-mail this morning.
So I was checking the hotel information you and Noah gave us some time ago.
(Your google map annotation was very, very helpful!)

Will the room be capable of holding maybe 5-8 people (with extra chairs)?
Then we are all set.
