Dear Olivier,

At the Shanghai meeting, we also agreed to reivse the darft text of 
H.IRP and H.IDscheme as proposed by AVD-3851 
(http://wftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2009-2012/1003_Sha/1003_Sha.html).

The revised text is not yet available, but the editors will distribute 
as soon as they finish editrial works.
I hope we can solve the issues by the next SG16 meeting.
