Please also note that it is planned to hold a joint meeting of Qs 13&21/16
and SG 9 Questions 

in the week after the WP2/16 Questions meeting, specifically in the
afternoon of 15 March 2010.

registration/distribution and attendance registration for Shanghai meeting 

(8-12 March 2010).

When you are going to submit a document, please notify 

Mr. Yoshinori Goto <goto at ansl.ntt.co.jp>, the document manager of 

this meeting. A document number AVD-nnnn will be allocated.

Could you please register your meeting attendance as soon as possible?

Early registration (before 26 Feb. 2010) will be very helpful for meeting

preparation.

 

To register your meeting attendance, please send e-mail to Mr. Xin Shen

<shenxin at sttri.com.cn>, copying noah at huawei.com and shjeong at hufs.ac.kr, 

providing the family name, given name, company name, and e-mail 

address of person(s) attending.
