Dear experts of Q13/16

This is to remind you that our audio conference is drawing near and that
the contributions are expected to be shared by today. (Geneva time). So if you are intending to contribute, please notify us
in advance.  I also want to correct the address of the joint mail
reflector. The correct one is sg9and16-iptv at ties.itu.int. I am very
sorry for the confusion.
