Dear all,

The Director of TSB has been informed yesterday of an unexpected problem
for the Brazilian Administration to host next IPTV-GSI event in Brazil.

TSB took immediate measures for allowing the IPTV-GSI event to be held
in the ITU premises in Geneva, Switzerland at the scheduled period.

We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. The TSB
Circular inviting the event will be promptly issued.
