Dear WP2/16 experts,
1/ The meeting notice is available as TSB Collective letter 9/16
<http://www.itu.int/md/T05-SG16-COL/en>. Please follow this document
for your participation at the meeting and document submission. Please
note that all the documents are managed by TSB for this Study Group
meeting.
2/ Member's contributions are published as "Contribution". Please
note that each country has its national procedures for the meeting
attendance and Contribution submission.
3/ Editor's documents such as draft Recommendation are published as
"Temporary Document". Editor can submit them directly to TSB under
Rapporteur's supervision.
4/ Please find a current list of documents to be Consented/Approved
next May at the following place:
<http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2005-2008/0804_Gen/Documents_to_be_Consented_or_Approved_in_May-2008.pdf>
5/ Please note the following new additional way of document
publication (quoted from Collective letter 9/16):
"I should like to inform you that, in accordance with an agreement at
the last ITU-T Chairmen's meeting (Geneva, 29-30 November 2007), the
SG 16 secretariat will be conducting a trial to allow access to
documents before they are subject to the usual processing by TSB.
Delegates should be aware that the unofficial version of the
documents might be reclassified and/or have their content changed
before final posting on the ITU website. The objective is to allow
more time for company and national preparatory processes, while
allowing TSB the necessary time to properly check, classify, format
and post the received documentation. Documents will be available at:
6/ Each document submitter is encouraged to post a message of
document submission at this mailing list so that the members can
review the documents at the earliest occasion in advance of the
meeting, retrieving them from the above site.
7/ If necessary, the documents can also be placed at the avc-site
<http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2005-2008/0804_Gen/>. I will
place what you have provided there.
