[itu-sg16] On-line registration for the Seoul meeting

This looks like an error by the TSB. The document
AAP21-AR-H.245-rvsd-TD160-plen-rev+Cisco.doc in the zip file
h245ar_ww9.zip has the correct figure. This was the editor's version,
after the additional AAP review for version 12.

Version 13 was produced from the TSB's version of version 12, in which
the diagram had been re-drawn incorrectly.

As Mr. Okubo pointed out, the box at the top left should be labelled
Terminal A (slave), and the box at the top right should be labelled
Terminal B (master).

However, if I were fixing the diagram, I would mirror it vertically so
that the master remained on the left as in the preceding figures, as the
fact that the master and slave have swapped sides is easily missed -
this is presumably what happened at the TSB.

Dear H.245 experts,

In the course of H.323-series work in TTC, Japan, we have faced a 
seeming error in Figure X.3. The description of Clause X.3 and the 
figure does not match. The figure looks to be corrected as follows:

Terminal A (master) ==> Terminal A (slave)
Terminal B (slave) ==> Terminal B (master)

Is this right?
