Document registration for the Shenzen meeting

Here is a list of important dates for the upcoming meeting:

Hotel cheap rate reservation - by 1st February [Deadline passed], to 
MING WAH CENTRE in Shenzhen (fax form in invitation letter)

Registration of attendance - by 1st March, to Christian Groves 
<Christian.Groves at nteczone.com> (meeting organizer),
(Early registration of attendance is encouraged [this includes 
rapporteurs]. As at 5/2/2007 only 4 people have registered).

Registration of contributions - by 2 March, to Sakae Okubo 
<okubo at aoni.waseda.jp>

Distribution of contributions - by 5 March, to 
<http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2005-2008/incoming>

Note - Contributions after the above dates are dealt with as "late" and 
their consideration is up to the meeting.
