Dear all,

Unfortunetly I will not be able to come in the rapporteur meeting this time. I asked Mrs Mingjun Sun whether she could chair it or not and she answered that it was not sure. As a consequence I think the only solution is to cancel it. Please accept my apologies, even if i am not responsible for this hitch ...

Dear Q.1 experts,

The subject meeting of ITU-T SG16 experts will be held at the Marriot Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
Details of the meeting are contained herein.

Please note that Q.2, 3, 4, 5, 21, 22, 24, 25 and 29/16 will meet concurrently at the same place and that many sessions will be joint with Q.1/16.

AND advise (cc.) the Rapporteur (patrick.luthi at tandberg.no) of your 
attendance by e-mail.

We would remind you that citizens of some countries are required to 
obtain a visa in order to enter and spend time in Canada. The visa 
must be requested and obtained from the office (embassy or consulate) 
representing Canada in your country or, if there is no such office in 
your country, from the one that is closest to the country of 
departure. In case you need help of the meeting host, please contact 
Mr Kevin Boyle <kboyle at nortel.com>.

Early registration of your attendance is welcome and encouraged.
