Reorganization of directories

[OKUBO Sakae]

Dear avc-site users,

I have reorganized the avc-site 
<http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/> with the following 
directories:

1993-1996/
1997-2000/
2001-2004/
2005-2008/

It means that the document location becomes one directory deeper. For 
example, the recent San Jose meeting documents are now available at:

   http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/2001-2004/0408_San/

instead of http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/0408_San/. This 
action has been taken to allow unchanging links to the stored 
documents.

There is a short description of this site at:

   http://ftp3.itu.int/av-arch/avc-site/0-about_this_site.txt
