Q2/16 (H.323) Documents up for consent at the upcoming ITU-T SG16 Meeting

Everybody,

Here is the list for Q2 documents we plan to approve at this meeting:
  New H.460.9 Annex B (RTCP XR functionality)
  New H.460.cpc (Call Party Category)
  New H.460.delayed (Delayed Call Establishment)
  New H.460.gci (Glare Control Indication)
  New H.460.hold (Call Holding)
  New H.460.mlpp (Multilevel Precedence and Preemption)
  New H.460.suspend (TCP Channel Suspension)

We had originally plan to consent H.323 Annex I (communication over error-prone channels), but we've decided that we need to delay that work while we wait for the IETF to complete work on UXP and ULP.  Once those documents are complete, we can then consider consenting Annex I.  The editor will be revising the Annex I draft presented at the last meeting and will have it available for review at the Rapporteur's meeting later this summer.

Once drafts of these documents have been posted publicly, I will put links on www.packetizer.com at:
