Thank you for your advice. I have confirmed that somehow AVD-2410.zip 
seems to have contained AVD-2410.doc in Mac format. Windows Word says 
some converter is required.

Now I have zipped all the four files on a Windows machine.

should be OK also for Windows. Could you please report back if it is true?
