when I have received your advice of uploading.

This is to assist advance review of the input documents by the
experts with your voluntary efforts, not to mirror the ITU formal
site.

Needless to say, you shall submit your documents to ITU-T according
to the TSB instructions for their consideration at the SG16 meeting.
