[Megaco] Correction Of (was) H.248 Annex M.4: Packages for H.323/H.324 int erworking

H.248 Annex M.4 has an erroneous view of the role of the MUX descriptor,
which I failed to catch before the document was approved.  The question is:
how far have people taken their implementations?  Would it be possible to
redo this part of the document correctly?
