TD on Multiple Payload Streams

I have uploaded a document to the avc-site incoming directory,
summarizing work from the Raleigh meeting on the definition of Multiple
Payload Streams for inclusion in H.245.  It has been submitted as a
Rapporteur's TD to the Geneva meeting.

Mr Okubo will you please move it to the 0210_Gen directory?
