Paul,

	According to my latest version of the TIPHON participant list there
should still be some room left in the Novotel, which means that some of your
delegates could stay there.

	Yet I would prefer to wait for an answer from Joseph-Philippe: he is
in much closer contact with the hotels than I am, and he could tell you
whether the Scandik block-booking has already been fully used by ITU-T
people or if it is an error from one of the Scandik staff who would have
tried to reserve a room for one of your people without using one of the
pre-booked rooms...

Dear Experts,

I just received word that the Scandic Hotel is fully booked now.
Apparently, there are a few more people planning to attend who I do not have
on my list, as I have about 30 folks listed and we were supposed to have
about 40 rooms.  Perhaps some are attending the Qets/16 meeting.

In any case, there may still be rooms available at the hotel reserved for
TIPHON attendees.  If there is anybody planning to attend the meeting and
who has not yet made hotel reservations, please contact me as soon as
possible.
