H.323v4 references H.235v1?

According to my memories, H.235v2 was approved in 2000 in parallel to
H.323v4. Thus, H.323 shall only use the newer reference of course, and
everything else should be considered an error, that has to be corrected.

With kind regards

Martin Euchner.

I just noticed that H.323v4 references H.235v1 (1998) rather than H.235v2
(2000). Is this correct/intentional? I'm not sure about the chronology, so
maybe H.235v2 wasn't available when H.323v4 was Decided.
