Directory changes of the avc-site

Dear SG16 experts,

Please note that all the directories and their files produced during August
1996 and December 2000 have been moved to one layer lower place as part of
the clean-up of the PictureTel ftp site:

   http://standard.pictel.com/ftp/avc-site/till_0012/

Please update your web page having links to the documents moved to the
above directory. You may also need some actions if you are mirroring this
site. Apologies for your inconvenience that happens once in four years.

A directory for the March meeting (0103_???) will be created under
/avc-site as soon as the meeting place has been fixed.
