rooms provisionally reserved in Geneva from 3 to 7 September/22-26

It is correct and I put the same dates in the report on planned rapporteurs
meeting (TD 55 Plen).
It is unfortunate that the dates coincide with such an important holiday but
I agree that it should have been detected before organizing the meeting.
