RTP port for sending media

Srivathsan,

Streams that use RTP must also use RTCP, which requires a media control
channel. As an example of the opposite, we implemented a non-standard data
channel that does not use RTP and therefore does not specify a media control
channel. H.245 needs to be general. Referencing Recommendations, such as
H.323, tighten it up a bit depending on their needs.

Thanks Paul.

I got confused by the following line from the H.245 section 7.3.2
However I think what is said in H.323 has more precedence over what is
said
in H.245.

"mediaControlChannel indicates the media control channel in which the
sender
of the openLogicalChannelAck will be listening for media control
messages
for this session. This field is present only when a media control
channel is
required."

Thanks
Srivathsan
