Support bi-directional channels in annex C fast start

Folks,

Frequently, I am asked for a list of H.323 products (IP phones, gateways,
MCUs, etc.)

What I would like to do is build a fairly complete list of products (both
hardware and software).  I will make the list available on Packetizer so
that people can be directed to one place for the list.

If your company has an H.323-compliant product on the market, please send me
the following:
  Category:
     Phone (Terminal)
     MCU
     Gateway
     Gatekeeper
     Other (Lucent's "Phone on a Chip" is a good example)
   Company Name
   URL pointing to the product description on the web

Once I get a few responses, I will post the information.
