clarification needed

 Hi All,
   I need clarifications on following :

 1. In H.245 conferencing, whenever an MCU receives dropTerminalRequest from
a chair token owner, MCU responds with terminalLeftConference Indication(as
per H.243). But as per the H.245 recommendation, every request shall have a
corresponding response. This creates a sort of ambiguity. Is it a valid
response to the dropTerminalRequest?

 2. According to H.243 an MCU sends CCR( same as withdrawChairToken
Indication/makeMeChairResponse in H.245) in response to cancelMakeMeChair
request.Which one of these is a valid response?
