Outcome of the Osaka meeting

I have updated the Megaco/H.248 Errata draft
(draft-ietf-megaco-errata-02.txt) based on the changes approved over the
past week.  I believe that IESG approval will be announced when it appears.
ITU-T process is complete except for the theoretical possibility of Member
(i.e. national delegation) comments up to June 8, and, of course, the final
decision on June 15.

I will update the protocol document (draft-ietf-megaco-protocol-09.txt) as
soon as I receive the final Osaka version from John Segers.  I think the
"merged" series can now fall by the wayside.
