Issues Related to H.323 Mobility

H.225.0 Annex G version1 was decided at the May, 1999 SG16 meeting in
Santiago.
Since that time, some errors have been found and corrections have been
included in the Implementers Guide.
However, it is not always easy to work with multiple documents (Annex G,
Implementers Guide),
so I put together a document containing the decided version of Annex G V1
and all the corrections and
editorial changes made over the last few months.
