Robert,

A number of Service Providers, such as AT&T, have a service associated with
their 800 service that allows for secondary call routing information. As an
example, a person calls a company's 800 service number. AT&T will prompt
the caller via an IVR for the particular product requiring service. After
prompting, the call is extended to the correct ACD center. Signaling wise,
the IVR function comes after CALL PROCeeding and is indicated by a PROGRESS
message. When the call is answered by the ACD center, CONNECT is sent.

I hope that this helps.

Bob

Just out of curiosity, could you explain why the keypad information
needs to be sent before the Connect? Why can't this information be
sent as an alias in the Setup?
