H.245 Draft White paper uploaded to server

I have uploaded a draft of the H.245 Version 7 White paper to
ftp://standard.pictel.com/avc-site/Incoming/h245wcmm.zip (Mr Okubo will move
this in due course).

I will submit the white paper to the ITU next week - so please review as
soon as possible.
