[H.323 Mobility:] Usage of H.225 Annex G in H.323 Annex H & a question about BEs

hi all,
Like the other I fully support the usage of annex G for mobility, but as I said before, It must be done without changing the current implementation. The interface between BE should not change.  Here is the draft of the contribution I wanted to present in
portland. This is in line with what was said.
