I forgot to mention one thing regarding the meeting notice I just posted at
the reflector. This time the deadlines for document registration and
uploading are precisely specified as follows:

  /// Distribution of the document: by 23:59 UTC, 14 August   ///

I am not a robot, but will basically manage the documents according to the
meeting notice.
