This is information from Mr. Federico Tosco, Chairman of WP2/16, on the very likely SG16 meeting in November 1999.

I inform you that, subject to confirmation, a SG16 meeting is planned on
November 13-17, 2000. The meeting will be conducted according to the current
structure of the SG as at that time the structure for the next study period
will not yet be in force.
